I’m Zuria Armani — Growth Specialist and Founder of Vision Delivered.
For a long time, I stepped back from my business. Not because I didn’t believe in it, but because life was pulling me in every direction. I was working, caregiving, managing responsibilities, and pouring into everyone else — and somewhere in that process, I stopped pouring into myself.
Entrepreneurship can feel like giving your all with not enough in return. Burnout hits. Traction slows. Money gets tight. Life gets real. And like many entrepreneurs, I found myself putting the business down… unsure of when I’d pick it back up.
But that pause gave me something powerful: clarity.
I reconnected with who I am, what I bring to the table, and the work that truly lights me up. It’s not a pressure call — it’s a clarity call.
How does communication work once we start working together?
Clients can email or text at any time.
Calls can be requested as needed; however, they are generally scheduled in advance on agreed-upon days and times during our standing meeting window to ensure focused, productive conversations.
Response times will typically be within business hours, 10 AM — 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
For ongoing support, we’ll stay connected through:

What are the timeline expectations?
Project timelines are discussed upfront and agreed upon before work begins. Some tasks/projects can be completed quickly, while others require more time due to complexity, collaboration, or strategic planning.
Timelines may occasionally need to be adjusted or extended depending on the scope of the project, feedback cycles, or evolving business needs. We typically prefer to operate in phases, which allows us to support you at every stage of growth rather than rushing results.
Because of this phased approach, many of our clients choose to work with us long-term as their business evolves and expands.
Clients are responsible for completing their assigned action items, approvals, and providing requested materials in a timely manner. Delays in client deliverables may impact overall project timelines.
Our goal is sustainable growth — not rushed execution — so we prioritize quality, alignment, and long-term success. (where it makes sense, of course)
What security measures do you use to protect my information?
Your professional and personal information is protected as if it were our own.
Security tools and processes could include:
* LastPass for secure password sharing
* Private storage for all files (your files are your files and we don't mix them on our end)
* Limited-access sharing (only your team members who need it can see it)
* Never storing or sharing information outside of the agreed platforms
* Zero tolerance for breaches of confidentiality
Why is payment required upfront?
Upfront payment secures:

* Your seat on our client roster

Requiring payment in advance allows us to begin work immediately and ensures your project stays on schedule without interruption.
We do not offer pay-after-the-fact arrangements. Payment upfront is required to reserve the time and commitment of the team members working diligently on your project.
